Echo International’s core network is hosted at Teraco Data Environments in South Africa, and through an extensive partnership network proffering local data centres across the continentEcho International is able to facilitate private, public and hybrid cloud environments. Co-location services offer a secure environment for hardware and access to network connectivity to meet -operational and client needs around the world. The data centres offer various options for power, space, managed IT and hosting, and virtual and cloud solutions and feature direct connectivity to Echo International’s IP network.

Echo International offers a variety of dedicated and shared Cloud hosting services all with 24/7 support and SLA agreements including scalable options for:
- Traditional email and local domain hosting services, as well as centralization and storage of
email services
- Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Platform as a Service (PaaS) – including Virtual Machines, data backups for archiving and
disaster recovery plans, secure data storage for risk management and compliance procedures,
and load balancing.
- Software as a Service (SaaS) – including Microsoft Office 365, Hosted Exchange, LinExchange,
Google Applications and collaboration tools like SharePoint

Echo International offers security services to meet the evolving requirements of every enterprise in today’s digital operating environment from firewalling, IPS (intrusion prevention systems), anti-virus and anti-spam, URL filtering, encryption and authentication.In addition, Echo International deploys and manages advanced security services. Security design and consultation services are also available in building out custom security solutions.
Wifi
Echo International offers tailored WiFi solutions, regardless of existing connectivity access technology. Client requirements are completely supported from design, deployment, management, to payment collection and ongoing support for guest, office and community WiFi. Services can be white labelled, and ad-hoc or seasonal solutions for event-based WiFi requirements can also be provided.
